What we do
Most of our work is about the first steps: security approvals and entry visas, flights, reception at Cairo Airport and a place to stay. Once you are here, we help with getting around – transfers, car rental, tours and a tourist driving permit.
How we work
- We check every case individually before quoting a price
- We state the price in writing before you pay
- We do not promise decisions that only the authorities can make
- We stay reachable – before, during and after your arrival
Who we serve
Many of our customers come from Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia and other African countries, as well as from the Gulf and Europe. We answer in Arabic, English and Tigrinya.
Our own services and our partners
We handle requests and bookings ourselves. Some services – for example certain apartments, vehicles or tour guides – are provided by partners we work with regularly. We tell you who provides what when you book.
